Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll continue to have full access to your plan until the end of your current billing period — we don't cut off access early. Your plan simply won't renew after that.

We accept all major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

Yes, you can upgrade at any time. The change takes effect immediately and you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period.

Yes. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period so you keep your existing access until then. Your plan will renew at the lower tier on the next billing date.

We offer a permanent free tier — no credit card required, no time limit. It's a great way to explore the API and build with it before committing to a paid plan.

Individual plans are for personal projects, research, and non-commercial use. If you're building a product, service, or application that serves other users or generates revenue, a Commercial plan is required. Commercial plans include 4x the request capacity.

Most endpoints cost 1 credit per request. Bulk endpoints — Compare and Watchlist GET — cost 1 credit per ticker in the request. For example, comparing 5 tickers costs 5 credits, and fetching a watchlist with 10 saved tickers costs 10 credits. Events with cross-asset correlation (the context_ticker parameter) costs 2 credits per request. All other endpoints, including Watchlist POST, DELETE, and Changes, cost 1 credit per request.

No. Redistribution of data — including reselling, sublicensing, or embedding raw API responses into a product delivered to third parties — is not permitted under any Individual or Commercial plan. If your use case requires redistribution rights, please contact us to discuss a custom agreement.
